Job Summary

The Esthetician / Facial Therapist is responsible for providing professional facial treatments and skincare services to clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience and visible treatment results. The role includes performing facials, skin analysis, exfoliation treatments, and recommending suitable skincare products and treatment plans based on individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments, deep cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, and specialized skincare procedures.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments based on skin type and concerns.
• Perform exfoliation and facial rejuvenation treatments, including gommage and other non-invasive skincare services.
• Advise clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products for home care.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and treatment room cleanliness.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Stay updated on new skincare techniques, products, and industry trends.
• Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving spa sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Esthetics, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facial treatments and skincare services.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, skincare products, and facial treatment techniques.
• Experience in deep cleansing facials, exfoliation, hydration, anti-aging, and corrective skincare treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Arabic is required; English or French is a plus.
