Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Physiotherapist to join a premium wellness and spa center. The ideal candidate will assess clients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic services that promote recovery, pain relief, mobility, and overall wellbeing while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Perform manual therapy and rehabilitation techniques.
• Help clients improve mobility, flexibility, posture, and muscle strength.
• Treat sports injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic pain conditions.
• Educate clients on exercises, posture correction, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client progress notes.
• Collaborate with the spa and wellness team to provide integrated care.
• Ensure all treatments comply with professional standards and hygiene protocols.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent care and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Valid license to practice Physiotherapy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably within a wellness center, rehabilitation clinic, or luxury spa.
• Strong knowledge of manual therapy and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
