Job Summary
Quick Jobs is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with solid, pure recruitment experience who is passionate about sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across different industries.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer follow-up
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate evaluations
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and databases
- Work efficiently on ATS systems: posting jobs, tracking candidates, and updating pipelines
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment reports
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Required Experience & Skills
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong experience in selection & interviewing
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
- Very good command of LinkedIn sourcing & recruitment tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
