Job Description:

Reporting to:

  • Sales Director

Job Summary:

  • Provide all administrative support to the sales team in Lebanon and International.
  • Handle sales for small customers as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send RFQ's and quotations to customers and suppliers, and follow-up every 48h, on behalf of all sales teams in Lebanon and international
  • Follow-up unsettled payments
  • Respond to all requests from colleagues, customers and suppliers under 24h
  • Availability by email and phone 24h for urgent matters, including holidays and weekends
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting and follow-up on actions
  • Other duties as assigned or required.
  • Tele-sales: call customers to promote machines, consumables and materials
  • Receive customers in showroom and present the products on behalf of Sales team
  • Find new suppliers for new products based on new requests.
  • Update activities of Sales team on CRM
  • Project management: follow-up with colleagues and suppliers about delivery time, order status, samples, layouts
  • Organized filing for all projects
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Prepare PO's, SO's, IO's

Knowledge and skill Requirements:

  • Relevant experience: minimum 8 years in similar position.
  • Communication: clear verbal and written skills.
  • Reporting: to describe in detail the work done and feedback from/to stakeholders.
  • Honesty: to communicate candidly with all stakeholders about all topics.
  • Hard work: to complete tasks fully and follow-up until completion.
  • Dedication: to go out of their way to complete tasks within deadline.
  • Organization skills: accurate traceability and follow-up.
