Job Summary
The Spa Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the spa, ensuring high standards of service, operational excellence, and team coordination. The role involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team, managing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with the brands positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a multidisciplinary team including spa therapists, beauty technicians, manicurists, physiotherapists, gym staff, and support personnel
- Ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and ongoing training needs
- Coordinate services and resources to ensure optimal client flow and satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Monitor operational performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure the spa environment, facilities, and equipment are well maintained
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a Spa Manager or similar leadership role
- Background in wellness, beauty, hospitality, or health services is required
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of spa operations, service standards, and client experience best practices
