Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to develop and manage client relationships, generate new business, and drive sales growth.
The role involves frequent field visits, prospecting, and closing deals while representing the company professionally in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular outdoor visits to existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Present products/solutions and explain their value to clients
- Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, operations, logistics)
- Report on market feedback, competitors, and sales performance
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor B2B or B2C sales (industrial experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule
- Results-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
- Valid driving license
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is a plus
