Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion across multiple countries within the Group. The role leads regional sales teams, develops commercial strategies, strengthens supplier partnerships, and ensures the achievement of revenue and gross margin targets.
Working closely with the CEO, the Regional Sales Manager contributes to the Group's strategic direction, identifies new business opportunities, and supports the sustainable growth of the business across existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales, gross margin, and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop regional sales teams to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, products, and strategic accounts.
- Support and lead negotiations for major projects, key accounts, and supplier agreements.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and market developments through effective CRM management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Service, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure business success.
- Analyze sales performance and provide regular business reports and recommendations to the CEO.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, supplier visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Travel regularly to support branches and drive business growth across the region.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mandatory).
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical B2B sales, including team management responsibilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales growth and leading commercial teams.
- Experience in industrial equipment, packaging, automation, or related sectors is preferred.
