Job Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and light snacks while ensuring excellent presentation, hygiene, and customer service.

The role contributes directly to the overall guest experience by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere aligned with the Spa's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, smoothies, fresh juices, and healthy drinks
• Ensure high standards of presentation, taste, and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station in line with health and safety standards
• Present drinks and light snacks in an appealing and professional manner
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to spa guests
• Manage basic stock levels of ingredients and inform management of replenishment needs
• Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and correctly
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a barista, preferably in a café, restaurant, hotel, or spa environment
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, smoothies, and healthy beverage options
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Customer-oriented with a calm and professional attitude
• Ability to work in a clean, organized, and fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Barista training or certification is an advantage
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is a plus
