Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Face Trainer with experience in facials and/or physiotherapy to deliver high-quality facial workout sessions and personalized client care.

The role combines facial fitness expertise, customer relationship management, and retail sales, focusing on enhancing clients' facial wellness experience while promoting suitable skincare products and services.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted beauty and wellness advisor, conducting detailed consultations, tailoring facial workout plans to clients' needs, and building long-term relationships that contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform workouts: Deliver high-quality, effective facial exercise sessions that meet or exceed client expectations, focusing on technique, results, and overall experience.
• Maintain a neat and presentable working station, ensuring cleanliness and organization of displays, drawers, and equipment
• Conduct consultations: Fill out detailed consultation forms to capture each new client's health history, skincare routine, facial concerns, and fitness goals, ensuring a tailored and effective facial workout plan.
• Training: Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs to enhance skills and learn new techniques 
• Sales Mastery: Master and apply advanced sales techniques, such as generating customer interest and cross-selling to exceed established sales targets. 
• Customer Relationship: Cultivate and sustain long lasting customer relationships while actively engaging in daily new client acquisition.
• Booking Software: Be familiar in using the booking software.

Required Profile & Qualifications

• Proven experience in facials and/or physiotherapy is a must 
• Fluent in both English and Arabic 
• Academic qualifications in a relevant field are preferred 
• Knowledge of retail sales, particularly in skincare products 
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and peak holiday periods
