Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance and operations of the branch, ensuring sales growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience. The role involves leading a team of approximately 15 employees, managing a broad portfolio of products, and ensuring the branch operates in line with company standards and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales staff and support employees
  • Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement
  • Oversee inventory management, stock availability, and proper product presentation across a wide product range
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle escalated customer issues professionally
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards at branch level
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, scheduling, and training needs
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operations, and team productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and retail regulations

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience managing a retail branch with a large and diversified product portfolio
  • Background in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or cosmetics retail
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Commercially driven with a strong sales and customer-service mindset
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Branch Manager or similar retail management role
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or cosmetics sectors is required
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and sales management
